IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 78 (3) of the Co-operatives Societies Act, revised 2005, the Chairman, Co-operative tribunal do notify the public of the Tribunal's calender of sittings outside Nairobi,during the financial year 2010/2011 as follows:
