COOPERATIVE TRIBUNALOFFICE BEARERS  | He was born 25th December 1959 and is married with three children.He joined Ilbissil Primary School in 1965 to 1971 where he went to Alliance High School.In 1978 He joined University of Nairobi pursuing Law and Graduated with an LLB(HONS).He then joined Kenya School of Law and Graduated with a Diploma in Legal Studies.In 1982 he was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya and joined the Judiciary as a DMII(PROF) and later as a Deputy Registrar,Court of Appeal.From 1982-1990 He rose through the ranks of Resident,Senior Resident and Principal Magistrate.In the same year he was also appointed Registrar High Court,a position held for 12 years.From 2002-2004 he was appointed commissioner in the Advocates Complaint Commission in the Attorney Genaral Chambers.In 2005 he was appointed Chairman to the co-operative Tribunal in the Ministry of Co-operative Development and Marketing where he has held the position upto date.He loves golf,reading and travelling. |

He was in Private Practice before his current appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Cooperative Tribunal in the Ministry of Cooperative Development and Marketing where he has served since January 2005 to date. He was previously served as a member of the Council of the Law Society of Kenya and International Commission of Jurists Kenya Section and was a founder Member and Chairman with the Mt Kenya Law Society. Mr. Sirro was admitted to the roll of Advocates in June 1997 while serving as a STATE COUNSEL in the office of the ATTORNEY GENERAL and progressively rose to the position of 'Senior State Counsel' He joined the MOCDM in October 1997 having been shortlisted and interviewed by the Public Service Commission for the post of PRINCIPAL STATE COUNSEL:where in he successfully headed the Legal Department at the Ministry's Headquarters until 10th March 2009 when he was appointed (Gazzette Notice No.2394 of March 2009) as THE SECRETARY TO THE TRIBUNAL.
